Before you book
- Do I need an AI consultant or can I do this myself?
- If you have engineering capacity and someone whose full-time job is keeping up with this, you can do a lot yourself. Most companies have neither. The reason to bring us in is that we have already built these systems many times and we do both halves, the strategy and the implementation.
- What is the difference between an AI consultant and an IT company?
- An IT company keeps your existing technology running. We look at how the business operates, decide what should change, and build new systems to make that happen. There is overlap, but the starting question is different: they ask what is broken, we ask what the company should become.
- How long does it take to implement AI in a business?
- The audit takes a few weeks. A first working system typically lands within four to eight weeks after that, deliberately scoped small so you see something real early. Full company-wide infrastructure is phased over months, with each phase earning the next.
- Do I need to replace my current software to use AI?
- Usually not. We connect what works, replace only what genuinely blocks progress, and build the intelligence layer that makes your existing tools behave like one system. Replacing everything is expensive, slow and rarely necessary.
- How much does an AI consultant cost?
- For mid-sized companies, an opportunity audit typically runs a few thousand dollars, a first scoped build lands in the five figures, and ongoing infrastructure work is priced per phase. We give you a number before work starts, and the first call is free so you can decide whether it is worth having that conversation at all.
- What happens after the audit?
- You get a build plan: what to build, in what order, what it should cost and what it should return. You own it. If you want us to build it we will, and if you want to hand it to your own team or another firm, the plan works either way.
- Can I start small and expand later?
- That is the way we prefer to work. One narrow, high-leverage system first, measured honestly, then expansion once it is proven. It de-risks the spend for you and it makes the second project easier to scope because we have both learned how your company really runs.
