Privacy Policy

Information you provide directly. When you book a call, email us, or submit a form on the Site, we collect the information you choose to give us. This may include your name, email address, phone number, company name, job title, and anything you tell us about your business, its goals, or its operations.

Information collected automatically. When you visit the Site, our hosting infrastructure automatically logs technical information such as your IP address, browser type, device type, operating system, referring pages, and pages viewed. Analytics and advertising technologies on the Site may also collect cookie identifiers, advertising identifiers, and information about your interactions with our pages and ads, as described in Sections 03 and 05.

Interactive features. Selections you make in interactive features on the Site (for example, choosing an industry in our demonstration tools) are processed in your browser to display content and, if you book a call, may be included in the context of your booking so we arrive prepared.

What we do not collect. We do not collect mortgage, home-loan, or consumer financial account information through the Site. We do not knowingly collect sensitive personal information as defined by the California Privacy Rights Act, and we ask that you not submit it through the Site.

• To respond to your inquiries and schedule and conduct calls;
• To provide, operate, maintain and improve the Site and our services;
• To send you communications about our services, content and offers, where permitted by law and subject to your right to opt out at any time;
• To understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
• To protect the security and integrity of the Site and our business, and to detect and prevent fraud or misuse;
• To comply with legal obligations and enforce our agreements.

We do not sell personal information for money. However, like most businesses that advertise online, we use — or may use — advertising and analytics technologies from platforms such as Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn. Under the California Consumer Privacy Act as amended by the California Privacy Rights Act (together, the “CCPA”), the disclosure of identifiers and activity data to these platforms for targeted advertising may be considered “sharing” for cross-context behavioral advertising. You have the right to opt out of this sharing at any time — see Section 06 (Your Privacy Choices).

We also disclose personal information to:

• Service providers that help us operate, under contracts limiting their use of the information — for example, our hosting provider (Vercel), our scheduling provider (Zoom), and email and productivity providers;
• Professional advisors such as attorneys and accountants where reasonably necessary;
• Authorities or other parties where required by law, such as in response to a subpoena or court order, or to protect the rights, property or safety of Market Me, our users or the public;
• A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition, financing or sale of assets, in which case this policy will continue to apply to your information until amended.

If you provide your contact information through the Site, we may contact you about our services by email or, if you provide a phone number, by phone or text message. Consent to marketing communications is not a condition of purchasing any service. You may opt out at any time: for email, use the unsubscribe link in any message or contact us at support@mrkt-me.com; for text messages, reply STOP. Message and data rates may apply to text messages.

We use, or may use, three categories of technologies:

• Essential — required for the Site to function and to remember basic preferences;
• Analytics — to understand how visitors use the Site so we can improve it;
• Advertising — pixels, tags and similar technologies from advertising platforms including Meta (Facebook and Instagram), Google, TikTok, X, and LinkedIn, used to measure the performance of our advertising and to show you relevant ads for our services on those platforms, including retargeting ads based on your visit to the Site.

You can control these technologies in several ways: opt out of sharing as described in Section 06; adjust your browser settings to refuse or delete cookies; use the industry opt-out tools at optout.aboutads.info and optout.privacyrights.info; or use the ad-preference settings inside each platform. Disabling cookies may affect some Site functionality.

If you are a California resident, the CCPA gives you the following rights, subject to certain exceptions:

• Right to know and access — request the categories and specific pieces of personal information we have collected about you, the sources, the purposes, and the categories of parties to whom we disclosed it;
• Right to delete — request that we delete personal information we collected from you;
• Right to correct — request that we correct inaccurate personal information;
• Right to opt out of sale or sharing — you may direct us not to share your personal information for cross-context behavioral advertising. To opt out, email support@mrkt-me.comwith the subject “Do Not Sell or Share,” use a recognized opt-out preference signal as described below, or use the cookie and platform controls in Section 05;
• Right to limit use of sensitive personal information — we do not use sensitive personal information for purposes requiring a right to limit;
• Right to non-discrimination — we will not discriminate against you for exercising any of these rights.

To exercise these rights, email support@mrkt-me.comwith the subject line “Privacy Request.” We will verify your identity, which may require confirming information we already hold about you, and respond within the timeframes required by law. You may use an authorized agent to submit a request on your behalf; we may require proof of the agent’s authority and verification of your identity.

Global Privacy Control. We treat recognized opt-out preference signals, including Global Privacy Control (GPC), as a valid request to opt out of the sharing of personal information collected from your browser for cross-context behavioral advertising.

Do Not Track.Apart from GPC as described above, the Site does not respond differently to browser “Do Not Track” signals, for which no common standard has been adopted.

Shine the Light. California Civil Code section 1798.83 permits California residents to request information about disclosure of personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not disclose personal information to third parties for their direct marketing purposes.

We retain personal information for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this policy, to comply with legal obligations, resolve disputes and enforce agreements, and then delete or de-identify it. We use commercially reasonable administrative, technical and physical safeguards appropriate to the nature of the information, including encryption in transit and access controls. No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

The Site is intended for business audiences and is not directed to children. We do not knowingly collect personal information from anyone under 16 years of age. If you believe a child has provided us personal information, contact us at support@mrkt-me.com and we will delete it.

The Site links to third-party services, including our scheduling page on Zoom and our profiles on LinkedIn. Those services are governed by their own privacy policies, which we encourage you to review. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third parties.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last Revised” date above reflects the most recent version. Material changes will be posted on this page, and your continued use of the Site after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
