What we build
Custom AI agents, automation and the systems that connect them.
We build software, not slide decks. That includes AI agents that can act on their own inside limits you set, teams of agents that hand work to each other, knowledge graphs so answers come from what is true, and the APIs, automation and CRM architecture that let it all run inside the business you already have.
What we build
Strategy translated into infrastructure.
You do not need to know what any of this is called. That is our job. Below is the plain-English version of what we actually deliver, and we pick from it based on your business, never the other way around.
01
Intelligence
Software that understands your business well enough to help run it.
- AI agents
- Software that can read, decide and take action on its own, inside the rules you set.
- AI teams
- Several agents working together, each with a job, handing work to each other like staff would.
- Knowledge graphs
- A structured map of your company's information so AI answers from what is true, not what it guesses.
- Human-in-the-loop controls
- The decisions that must stay human stay human, with approvals built into the workflow.
02
Infrastructure
The connective tissue that makes your existing tools behave like one system.
- Custom software
- Applications built around how your company actually works, instead of bending your company around a template.
- APIs and MCP servers
- The plumbing that lets your systems, and AI models, talk to each other securely.
- Workflow automation
- Handoffs, follow-ups and data entry that happen without anyone remembering to do them.
- CRM and routing engines
- Customer records designed around your real journey, and instant decisions about who handles what.
03
Visibility and growth
Being found, chosen and measured, including by the AI models people now ask first.
- AI search visibility
- How ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Perplexity describe and recommend your company, and how to change it.
- Customer acquisition systems
- Full-funnel campaigns wired directly into your operation, not run beside it.
- Lifecycle and retention
- Automated programs that keep customers moving forward after the first sale.
- Dashboards and reporting
- One live view of the business for the people responsible for it.
AUTOMATE THE WORK. SUPPORT THE DECISION. PRESERVE THE JUDGMENT.
In plain English
What these things actually are
- What is the difference between AI and automation?
- Automation follows rules you write in advance: when this happens, do that. AI can handle situations you did not anticipate, because it interprets context rather than matching a rule. Most real systems use both, with automation carrying the predictable work and AI handling judgment-adjacent steps under human approval.
- What is an AI agent, in plain English?
- An agent is software that can read information, decide what to do next and take action on its own, inside limits you set. Instead of waiting for a person to click something, it can look up a record, draft a response, update a system or route work to the right person.
- Why is ChatGPT not enough for my business?
- ChatGPT does not know your customers, your pricing, your process or your history, and it cannot act inside your systems. It is a capable assistant with no context and no hands. The work we do is giving that intelligence your company's knowledge and safe permission to act.
- Can I train ChatGPT on my business data?
- You do not need to train a model to get this outcome. We connect approved company information to the model at the moment it answers, which is faster, cheaper and easier to control. It also means you can change what the system knows by updating a document rather than retraining anything.
- Will AI replace my employees?
- That is not how we build. The pattern that works is automating the repetitive work, supporting the decisions that benefit from more information, and preserving the judgment your people are actually paid for. Teams that adopt this well usually take on more volume rather than fewer people.
- Is it safe to put my company data into AI?
- It can be, and the controls matter more than the model. We design permission structures, decide what data is in scope, keep approvals human where they must be, and leave an audit trail. In regulated industries we build those constraints into the workflow rather than reviewing after the fact.
- We bought AI software and nothing changed. Why?
- Almost always because the tool was added beside the business instead of inside it. If the software does not know your customer context, does not connect to the systems where work happens and does not change anyone's daily process, adoption dies quietly. That is an architecture problem, not a tool problem.
The first call is free
Start with a conversation.
30 minutes, no cost, no deck. If we are not the right fit we will say so on the call and point you somewhere better.
FREE STRATEGY CALL / 30 MINUTES
What happens on the call
- 01We ask about your goals, your operation and where work actually breaks down.
- 02We tell you where AI genuinely belongs in your business, and where it does not.
- 03You leave with a clear opinion on what to build first, whether or not you hire us.
THE FREE CALL IS A CONVERSATION, NOT THE AUDIT. THE FULL INTELLIGENCE AUDIT IS A PAID ENGAGEMENT THAT GOES INSIDE YOUR SYSTEMS, DATA AND WORKFLOWS AND ENDS IN A BUILD PLAN.
